ChinaVoyage only records intent and route information for now.

The current ChinaVoyage website does not collect payment, deposits, or checkout details. Submitting a request only shares your route idea, travel timing, contact preference, and concerns for manual review.

Because the platform is not charging travelers now, there is no website refund workflow. If ChinaVoyage ever enables paid arrangements later, clear terms would need to be confirmed before any commitment.

For now, traveler changes simply update the information record: dates, destination interest, group size, comfort needs, and follow-up preference.

If anything is unclear, travelers should ask for clarification before making any offline commitment with any third party.
