ChinaVoyage collects inquiry details such as name, contact method, destination preference, travel dates, group size, route concerns, visual interests, and custom travel notes.
We use this information to review trip requests, clarify missing details, prepare route feasibility feedback, contact travelers privately, and coordinate only when outside supplier support is useful and appropriate.
We do not publish traveler personal information. We do not mass-send contact details to travel agencies. If direct supplier follow-up is needed, ChinaVoyage will seek traveler confirmation before sharing direct contact details.
