PRIVATE ROUTE VERDICT

Send the rough China route you are unsure about.

This is not a booking request. Send cities, timing, days, and the part that feels risky. We check whether the route is realistic before you spend money on flights, hotels, trains, tickets, or app setup.

AI can start the shape

Use the chooser or send a rough route to get out of blank-page mode fast.

Human checks the risk

Before money moves, we review pacing, transfers, walking load, apps, and booking sequence.

Bespoke design comes later

Deeper hotel, style, and execution planning happens only after the route can breathe.

STEP 1 — ROUTE IDEA FIRST

Start with the route question first.

Pick a direction, add the biggest worry, and move on. Timing and days are optional at this stage.

Route direction *

Choose the closest route direction first. You can adjust it later, but you do not need to start by typing.

My route is more special — open Yunnan, Tibet, Xinjiang, winter, coast, Yangtze

Most travelers will not need this. Open it only if the main cards are clearly wrong for your trip.

I still cannot find my route — open the full route shelf

This is the deep shelf. Most people should not need it. Use it only if the main route cards and special routes are both still wrong.

Open the route shelf only if the normal cards do not fit

This is the deepest fallback. It is here for rare routes, not for every traveler.

My route is not listed — type it instead

Use this only when none of the choices is close enough. A rough city list is fine.

ChinaVoyage is not limited to these choices. The cards are shortcuts; the route check can review any typed China route or shortlist.

Family comfort shortcuts

Optional, but useful for a 24-hour human verdict: we can check payment setup, transfer rhythm, walking load, hotel comfort, and meal friction faster.

This is enough for a first verdict

A rough route, shortlist, or travel style plus rough timing and trip length are enough. We can ask missing questions later.

SAMPLE FIRST REPLY

What you receive should feel like human route judgement, not a sales opener.

Example input: “10 days: Beijing + Zhangjiajie + Shanghai. Worried about trains, payment apps, and whether Zhangjiajie is too rushed.” The first reply gives a verdict, risk, and first fix before any optional package or custom planning discussion.

Pace verdict

Green / Amber / Red, with the reason stated plainly before any planning conversation.

Route risks

The hidden issue: rushed transfer, scenic buffer, holiday crowd, weather, walking comfort, or app friction.

First fix

What to remove, slow down, reorder, or protect with an extra night before booking.

Missing questions

Dates, arrival city, group comfort, must-see priority, and preferred contact channel.

Example verdict

Amber: the route can work, but Zhangjiajie needs a protected weather buffer and you should not add Guilin unless the trip becomes longer. Confirm arrival city, walking comfort, and whether mountain scenery matters more than city variety before booking.

Boundary: no package quote unless you ask for deeper custom planning. No supplier sharing without permission.
